The University of Manitoba Social Work Faculty Opens Access to the Pre-MSW

The Faculty of Social Work at the University of Manitoba has formally opened access to the Pre- Master's Social Work degree to Booth students who hold a four-year degree. A pre-masters program allows students to enter a master's program with a qualifying year in which specific preparatory courses are taken. Recently the University opened access to all of its graduate programs for Booth College graduates and graduates of other local institutions that grant degrees by provincial law. Booth alumni/ae who hold four-year degrees and have an interest in this program are encouraged to contact Bonnie Bryant, Director of Social Work (924-4877, bbryant@boothcollege.ca) or Dave Neale, Academic Dean (92404863, dneale@boothcollege.ca) for more information.
